We use information to operate LuckyLob.ai, provide account and game features, secure the platform, process support requests, remember language and interface preferences, detect abuse, improve performance, measure product usage, and communicate important service updates.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand platform trends, game balancing, reliability, and business performance.

If you choose Google sign-in, we receive Google's stable account identifier (sub), email address, verification and hosted-domain signals, name, and profile picture. If you choose Facebook sign-in, we request only public_profile and email and receive the Facebook user ID, name, email when available, and profile picture. If you choose X sign-in, we receive the X user ID, username, display name, and profile image URL. We use these fields only to create or find your LuckyLob account, display your profile, prevent duplicate identity bindings, and protect sign-in.

Google, Facebook, and X access tokens, refresh tokens, and authorization codes are not retained after authentication. Provider profile snapshots remain with the LuckyLob account until the account or binding is deleted, subject to legal and security retention requirements. LuckyLob.ai may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, rewarded advertising, and third-party advertising services.

Third-party advertising partners, including Google where enabled, may use cookies or mobile identifiers to serve, measure, and personalize ads. Users can manage browser cookie settings and may use Google ad settings or other industry tools where available.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, payment or wallet infrastructure providers, security vendors, professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety.

If LuckyLob.ai is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you buy LOB credits by card, Stripe processes the payment on its hosted Checkout page. LuckyLob does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe may provide transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, billing details, fraud signals, refund information, and dispute information so that we can deliver credits, keep accounting records, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Polygon USDT transfers are visible on a public blockchain. We process wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token amounts, confirmation status, and related order references to match transfers and deliver LOB credits.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including account operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other assistance with personal information, subject to identity verification and legal limits. You can also control many cookies through your browser settings.
