Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Email support@luckylob.ai from the email connected to your LuckyLob account. Use the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include your LuckyLob ID if available.

If Facebook did not provide your email, sign in to LuckyLob using another linked method and include enough account information for us to verify ownership. Never send a Facebook password or access token.

After verifying the request, we delete the stored Facebook identity binding and provider profile snapshot, including the Facebook user ID, name, email snapshot, and profile picture URL. You may ask us to delete the complete LuckyLob account as well.

We do not retain Facebook access tokens or authorization codes after sign-in. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

We will confirm receipt and provide status through the verified support channel. Processing time depends on identity verification and any applicable legal retention requirement.
